Terms of Use

Welcome to Paretix Academy, operated by PARETIX Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), headquartered at 31 Yavne Street, Tel-Aviv, Israel. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Paretix Academy AI Literacy Assessment platform (“the Platform”).

By accessing the Platform or submitting your email address to begin an assessment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Paretix Academy provides an AI-powered professional assessment that evaluates a participant’s literacy and practical competency across seven dimensions of Artificial Intelligence and automation. Upon successful completion, participants receive a digital certificate with a unique, verifiable credential ID (“the Certificate”).

The Platform is intended for working professionals seeking to benchmark and demonstrate their AI competency. It is not an academic degree, a professional license, or a regulatory qualification. The Certificate represents a point-in-time assessment of the skills demonstrated during the evaluation.

The validity of your Certificate depends entirely on the integrity of your assessment. By submitting an assessment you represent and warrant that:

• You are completing the assessment personally, without assistance from another person or AI tool.
• Your responses reflect your own knowledge, experience, and capabilities.
• You are not sharing access to your session or magic link with any other person.
• You will not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit the AI interviewer or grading system.

Any attempt to circumvent the assessment process constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate certificate revocation.

Certificates are issued upon completion of the full assessment (survey + AI interview + grading) and are valid for 18 months from the date of issue. After expiry, the certificate will be marked as expired on the public verification page. Participants are encouraged to retake the assessment to renew their certification.

PARETIX Ltd. reserves the right to revoke a Certificate at any time without prior notice if:

• Evidence of assessment fraud or impersonation is identified.
• The Certificate was issued based on a technical error that materially affected the grade.
• The participant requests deletion of their account and associated data.

Revoked certificates will be marked as invalid on the verification page. PARETIX accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a certificate revocation carried out in accordance with these Terms.

The assessment interview is conducted by an AI system powered by large language models. You acknowledge that:

• AI-based grading is an automated evaluation tool. It is not infallible and does not replicate human expert judgment in every case.
• The Certificate does not guarantee employment, promotion, or any specific professional outcome.
• The seven dimensions assessed reflect Paretix Academy’s proprietary framework and do not constitute an internationally standardized qualification.
• Assessment outcomes may differ between retakes due to the conversational nature of the AI interview.

We continuously improve our grading framework, but we make no warranty that any specific score reflects an absolute or universally accepted measure of AI competency.

You may share your Certificate and credential ID on professional networks (including LinkedIn), in your CV, and with employers or clients, provided that:

• The certificate was legitimately earned by you personally.
• You do not misrepresent the Certificate as a government-issued license, academic degree, or regulated professional qualification.
• You do not alter or reproduce the certificate visual in a way that misrepresents its content or issuer.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the assessment framework, question design, grading criteria, AI prompts, UI design, branding, and the Paretix Academy name and logo — is the exclusive property of PARETIX Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Your assessment responses, interview transcript, and certificate remain associated with your account. You may request a copy or deletion at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you were enrolled in the Platform by your employer or a Paretix Academy corporate client, your participation is also subject to any agreement between PARETIX and that client. However, your individual assessment results and transcript remain private. Corporate clients receive only aggregate cohort-level data unless you provide explicit separate consent. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PARETIX Ltd. provides the Platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that grades will be free from inaccuracy in every case.

PARETIX Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on a Certificate, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, failure to obtain a position, or reputational harm.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
